Receiver can call China Post hotline 11185 in China. Chinese only.

Im also having this issue and have no idea how to track down my 4 or 5 items. Im outside of China, im in ontario canada and cannot reach anyone through the number provided by China post and cannot reach the seller. Any help would be greatly appreciated

You can't call China Post hotline outside china. Also you must speak Chinese in the hotline. In China, fluent English speaking people normally have very high income. It is too expensive to hire them as customer service in China.
