Hello can you please update the tracking history with a note such as
“Recipient does not accept package – return to sender”
so that PayPal can verify the situation?

I am currently unable to get my refund of $2,000 until the tracking system shows that the parcel is being returned to the sender.
Your update would really help me to resolve this issue.

Even with the current tracking result, you still can open dispute to Paypal, tell them the recipient does not make customs clearance. Paypal normally knows such game played by those bad sellers. If more than one buyer file similar dispute, the seller's paypal account will have trouble.

How can I prove to PayPal that the seller has not cleared customs?

Edit: i called paypal they will not give me money back until its clearly see on activity page that the recipient does not accept the package or that it get return to me. you said it takes up to 3 months for that activity change but why when you already know what is happening here? paypal said it can take over 1 year with returns to china
