I made an order on September 18, 2018, but until now my package has not arrived at the shipping address, the tracking status is currently in transit.
please complete and process my case as soon as possible, because my package has not been received for 2 months.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UN193796485CN shows the parcel was shipped on Sep 22.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
