Where is my package now? CY285430162DE. Still now any update, it takes very long time.

CY285430162DE has not arrived in China yet. Normally from Germany to China will take about 2 weeks. You need to wait some more time.

What you mean 2 weeks? From the pick up date to delivery date takes total around 2 weeks? When will delivery to consignee?

2 to 3 weeks from the date shipping from Germany(you can't know exact date now because many factors will affect the delivery date).

You can track the delivery in Germany Post website. By the way, are you shipper? Make sure you have printed the receiver's China Mobile phone number printed in the parcel. Otherwise delivery will be very difficult.

It takes too long time, picked up more than 10 days, it is very urgent package. Please check when it will arrive China, arrive consignee??

unfortunately China Post can't do anything to speed up the shipping. China Post is just the destination delivery agent, the parcel was shipped by Germany Post(DHL) . You need to contact them. Actually your parcel status is normal, most of Germany Post parcel takes about 15 business days to reach China. So please be patient.

hi dear, my packages deliveried a long time, still hold at import parcel, no estimated delivery time. It is urgent order, could you please check when will delivery? Thanks
