Hi.

It has now been 13 full days since I placed my order. I am very, very upset and worried that I have been scammed. I have not gotten an email saying the item has shipped. What is even more concerning is that the tracking number given to me on my confirmation email displays an error page and says there is NO item associated with that number. It simply says that TRACKING DOES NOT EXIST. I have emailed 2 different people about this...no response.

I am very disappointed. Please tell me where my package is, if there even is a package in the first place.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT930750461CN shows the parcel was shipped from Nanjing to USA on Jul 17.

Your parcel should be in some middle location between China and USA(possible airport in Nanjing or customs warehouse in JFK, USA). You can not know exact location at this moment.

Normally parcel will keep travel another 10 to 20 days to arrive USA and pass US customs. After US customs gives the parcel to USPS, you will see new status in usps website.

Everything looks normal, please wait some more time.

Thank you for the response! This eases my mind a lot. I will look out for that email after some more time has passed. Again - thank you for the quick response! I really appreciate it.
