Hello, I would like to know what has happened to my three packages, which are taking longer than expected to arrive. Order LJ037883644CN has been delayed by more than 50 days, while order LJ038481001CN has been delayed for over 30 days. Finally, order LJ039101570CN stopped updating 7 days ago and seems to be following the same path as the others. The store is SMG4, and it is unusual for it to be taking so long, as I have ordered from there before and everything worked fine.

All these parcels were shipped to Chile. As China has no direct flight to Chile, these kind of parcels were sent to Global Post Union network which might use multiple airlines and arrival time is quite difficult to predict. Each airline might take 2 to 4 weeks transit processing.

Among the 3 items, LJ037883644CN should be special noticed because it arrived in Chile on Dec 17 but hasn't been updated for one month. Based on our experience, this item might be lost in Chile Post system. You might need to open dispute to seller for lost item refund.
