I'm very confused on how this shipping works
I made the purchase it's been sitting in the same place. The whole time even though I was provided with this number ZP13610137001 when I try to track it it tells me there's no information on the package
I tried to track it on several other sites. Gives me no information when I go through the shop app. It does show like a progress line. Then, a little package. And then a line where it still has not yet to complete and says transit. So I'm really confused about where this thing is, or what's happening to it. I don't want it to get returned. I did try to reach out to the seller early on regarding something else. And then after regarding this, neither time, the seller responded
