Good Morning,

i would like to know some informations about my above mentioned package, because it has the same activity since 04.06.2026 "Arrival at inward office of exchange" and since then the estimated delivery is moving from day to day. I need to know what is going on with this shipment, because it is a return.

1) what is the Tracking number?
2)did you write the recipient cell phone number in the parcel?
3)are you sure the seller really wants to accept the return? Some bad sellers often play the not making customs clearance game. If this is your case, china post could not make delivery.

The tracking number is: CR913697134DE

I even got the return address from the seller

CR913697134DE has not entered China Post system. It is still in the airline shipping system.

Once airline passes the item to China Post, China Post will send a text message to recipient's cell phone number with a customs clearance code(Shipper MUST write recipient's CORRECT mobile phone number in the parcel otherwise customs clearance and delivery will have big problem and will cause return). Once recipient makes customs clearance, China post will call recipient's mobile phone number and arrange delivery.

Again, Recipient's mobile phone number is VERY VERY important in China to make delivery!!!

I am not sure about the number. Is there a possibility to provide the number afterwards to China Post?

no. shipper must print the number in the parcel before shipment. Now you need ask recipient to call local China Post 11183 and see if he/she can go to post office to make customs clearance and pickup the item in person.
