Hello,

I would like to inquire about the current status of shipment CR910634308DE.

According to the tracking information, the parcel has remained in the import customs processing stage for several days without any new updates. I am concerned that there may be an issue preventing the shipment from moving forward.

This package is being returned to the seller for a full refund. All recipient details, including the phone number and delivery address, were provided accurately when the shipment was sent.

Could someone please check whether customs has requested any additional information or documentation fnf? I would also appreciate confirmation on whether the customs review has already been completed and if the parcel is waiting for the next processing step.

Thank you for taking the time to look into this matter. Any update regarding the shipment status would be greatly appreciated.

CR910634308DE arrived in China customs on Jan 5th, but the recipient has never made customs clearance. We feel seller might intensionally not making the customs clearance so that he/she can refuse the parcel and issue the refund(many bad sellers often play such game).

The item was returned to Germany on April 25. Normally return parcel will take about 2 to 3 months to reach Europe. Please wait some more days to get the return.
