LK273476343AU arrived Shanghai on May 24 but the recipient has never picked up the parcel.
Normally this is caused by following two reasons:
1)Shipper printed wrong mobile phone number of the recipient. Without correct mobile phone number, China Post can not deliver the goods to recipient and can not notify recipient to pickup the item.
2)The recipient does not want to accept the parcel(This often happens when parcel is a return for refund parcel).

You must print recipient's mobile phone number in the parcel. Now you can't do anything to associate any phone number to the parcel, it is too late. You can ask recipient to call 11183 and ask if the local China Post stuff can guide him/her to pickup the item in person if the parcel is not returned.

LK273476343AU was in 上海市闵行区颛桥邮政支局 on June 26. But it just started returning procedure. It was sent to Shanghai International sorting center on June 26 and is on the way back to Australia. You can ask recipient go to 上海市闵行区颛桥邮政支局 and see if they can stop the return(normally it is very difficult).
