My Boyfriend bought on Ebay 2 Fake Cards from BTS from the Answer Album.

we are waiting over a week now but it still didn´t arrived.
Otherwise the package came on the same day,or a day later,but now?
Other things like letters,came to us,but not this.
Did it became lost or something?
