Hello my shipper said they haven't recieved the package, so i am wondering why they haven't got the parcel yet if it had been shipped back to the sender a mouth ago.? Plus i would like to know why the parcel was rejected

you can not get actual reason for the rejected parcel. it is all at officer's choice and they never explain the reason for a specific parcel.
as far as we know from government officer, most of the parcels are rejected because they have item which has safety risk to plane, such as battery, liquid, chemical etc. Another possible reason is that the parcel has illegal copy right or pirate brand products.
