Could someone please tell me what service a parcel has been sent if the first two letters of the consignment number are CT ? e.g. CT123456789CN ?

CT123456789CN is a special parcel of EMS similar to ePacket. Your parcel was shipped in Dec 2019. Normally it should arrive receiver address in 2 to 3 weeks. the parcel seems to be lost.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.

Many thanks for the reply. It was sent this past weekend to Australia so hopefully will arrive in a couple of weeks. I did pay for express shipping by TNT but the seller has sent it this way instead...
