My package has been in this same status of "Processed Through Facility SHENZHEN EMS, CHINA February 23, 2017 10:00 am". It is now over 6 weeks old.

How can this be fixed? It isn't supposed to sit there and not update. The seller claims to have contacted their post office and said it is still on its way. I've never had to wait this long before and normally any package is with me within 3 weeks. Can anyone suggest something?
