http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RY278782098CN shows the number was sent to airline on Sep 5. It is real.
Now Canada Post is on strike. Many parcels are seriously delayed in Vancouver/Toronto airport without processing.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
