Hello together,

after a lot of work, I managed to send my parcel to Germany on the 20th of May via a local parcel center in Shanghai.

I kept trying to enter the tracking number and track the parcel every week. The final delivery date was always early to mid-July.

In the meantime, there is no longer a final delivery date and the last update is from 21th of May.

As this is an emotional shipment - including souvenirs from China and some personal belongings - I would be very grateful if you could check where exactly my parcel is currently located.

I am worried that my parcel has disappeared...

CP450849135CN was shipped through ocean vessel which might take 2 to 4 months to reach Germany. Please wait some more time.

Is there any mail or number I can use for reaching out the seller?

In case the parcel will not be in Germany after 4 months.

You don't have your seller's contact before you paid money to him? That is very dangerous!

Normally if a website doesn't give you contact method , it must be a scam website. You have to stop buying from such sites and call your bank to file charge back immediately.

No, it was an official post office in shanghai.

It's just difficult for foreigners to see how best to contact China Post
(especially via email if, like me, you currently have no way of calling).

a few days ago i received the message that my parcel is back in Shanghai.

Can that be or was it just a mistake? Is my parcel still on its regular route?

I am still worried.

CP450849135CN was sent to carrier again on July 30. It is on the way to Germany.

Okay, thanks! Is it now possible to estimate when the parcel will arrive in Germany?

Unfortunately, after entering the tracking number I no longer get any updates, as it says: “This is the final status. Carrier doesn't provide further tracking updates.”

CP450849135CN is a cheap low priority parcel. If it is over 2 kgs, it will travel about 3 to 6 month to reach Germany by sea. If weight less than 2 kgs, it will take about 3 to 5 weeks to reach Germany.

Okay.

Are the days still counting from 21.05.2024? So the day it was first sent out?

Or do the days now count again after the new update from August?
