I haven't received any update on the status of my package since September 2. Where is it at the moment? How long will it take until it reaches me? What method was it sent with?

CP255977476CN is a heavy item surface parcel which will goes through sea. you need to wait about 2 to 4 months to get the goods.

Thank you for your answer. Is there a way to find out on what vessel (company and number) has it left China? It shows that the last tracking detail is from Hong Kong. Has it been sent by Hong Kong Post? Are China Post and Hong Kong Post the same company?

you can not know which vessel carries the parcel. it is a china post parcel NOT hong kong post parcel, they are different company.
