Sometimes it takes as long as 15 days to be updated

I got this tracking no "RE107571273EN" of which d last 2 alphabet are kinda strange..and I can't seem to track my goods. Can anyone help out pls..

Hello. I bought an item on Aliexpress on January 8th. Not too long after (maybe 2-3 days), the seller marked that item as shipped and provided me with this tracking number: RH125980726CN. Is this a real tracking number? My method of shipment is China Post Registered Air Mail. I bought 6 other items the same day from other sellers and all the other tracking numbers work. This tracking number above has not shown me any information on where my item is. I even talked to an Aliexpress representative and they told me that RH125980726CN is "unknown, unable to track."

Chinapostvolunteer please help confirm if this is a legitimate tracking number.

Another reason why I am concerned is because I emailed the seller yesterday about the status of my order and he respons, sorry the item is sold out now, would you like to replace? I am thinking that he is lied to me when he marked my order as shipped to prevent me from cancelling the order. Now I would have to open a dispute if I expect a refund and this could be a difficult process.

Thank you so much for your help chinapostvolunteer. I will wait at least until the end of the week for seller's response to my email and then I will open the dispute. Thanks for the advice.

How were you able to determine that this number is invalid? Was it not registered in your system?

you seller did not ship the goods yet. wait one more week and track again. if still nothing, you should open dispute and claim refund from seller.
