Colombia Post(4-72) website shows RV136377542CN arrived PO.PPAL-PEREIRA on Sep 9, but failed delivery( Domicilio cerrado para la entrega por 1ra vez. !Intentaremos de nuevo¡).

You need contact your local post office to pickup your parcel.

How to know the name of the local post? The number of guide of that local post?

You need call Colombia Post and give them tracking number RV136377542CN . They should know where is the office in PO.PPAL-PEREIRA.
