Why result for my tracking still the same?

Parcel No.RF121592142CN tracking result

May I know whats the status for this Parcel?

your seller applied a tracking number with software from China Post, but he never ship the goods. Wait one more week and see if you can see new status, if no new status, you should open dispute against fraud shipment.
