Hello, guys!

I have a lot of parcels stuck in stage "Leave the transit coutry" (yes, that spelling) and "Departed from transferring country" - all these statuses dated Dec 2016(!!). Parcels was sent by "SunYou" (economic) and it's too long delivery time even for economy parcels! Don't they use balloon to deliver??? (most economy way by wind!)
Anybody has info why SunYou has such big delays? Today is 13 March, 3(!) months SunYou cannot bring my parcels - they are still in China. :((

If it helps, track nums for these parcels looks like "LP" + many digits or just 11-digits code.
