I have ordered 4 items packed and shipped different with china post tracking number.
All 4 parcels is now stuck in Beijing. With my experience the status should say "Beijing, Shipment" but the last status is freeze at "leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport". All 4 parcels are showing logistics as below:

2016-09-22 19:22:55.0 Guangzhou international parcel process center received
2016-09-22 21:53:33.0 Guangzhou parcel process center customs scan
2016-09-22 22:52:19.0 leaving Guangzhou parcel process center ,next station Guangzhou Airport
2016-09-23 11:32:18.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-09-23 17:38:13.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-10-07 08:28:09.0 Beijing Transit Station export security scan
2016-10-07 14:05:46.0 Beijing Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-10-07 23:25:00.0 arrive Beijing Airport
2016-10-07 23:28:02.0 leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport

I have contact my Mail service but the said that they have not arrived in my country. Please help me to solve this problem.

1. Since you did not provide the tracking number, the only help I can provide you is this for your country:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

2. And for your information, it does not need "Beijing, Shipment" for a parcel to be out of China to your country. A lot of tracking are not saying that and the parcel are going out of China.

Hope this help.

1. The last tracking is this:
2016-10-07 23:28 Beijing airport and left

2. I have notice that the estimate time of arrival for Nepal is 13 days. Your parcel just departed China on the 07 Oct. We are closing in to that date. But please remember that this is only an estimate.

3. So far according to the tracking I don't see any problem with your parcel. I have track your parcel on the Nepal Post site but it has not been scan yet. Just give your parcel a chance for at least another full week.

Hope this help.

Hi! Would you possibly be able to look at my tracking ID and tell me if everything is normal or not? My ID is RI973561519CN. I'm concerned as my tracking hasn't updated for 9 days? Is this something to worry about or is everything running as normal? Thanks!

1. This is one of the tracking I found for your parcel:
International Mail# RI973561519CN Tracking Result
Summary
Tracking number Origin Destination Status
RI973561519CN CHINA UNITED KINGDOM On route

History Detail
Local date/time Activity Location Remarks
08-Oct-2016 20:02 Received by Post Office 51001020
09-Oct-2016 14:45 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU

2. So according to the above tracking and others, your parcel is On Route to UK. May I suggest you read this for UK:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

3. So far according to the tracking I don't see any problem, you just need to wait and track your parcel daily on the Royal Mail site for new movement.

4. Your parcel is fine, when Royal Mail will scan it, it should appear on their site.

Hope this help.

Thanks so much for your help! How long would you estimate it will take my parcel to arrive in the U.K.? What date do you think? I know it may sound like a silly question as you can't say for certain but I'm just curious as to when you think it will arrive and how much longer I have to wait? Thank you!

1. I have seen here a parcel depart on 30 Sep and being scan by Royal Mail in UK on the 01 Oct but as of today the parcel was not out of Customs. Was that a big parcel or a small one, that I don't know.

2. I suspect Royal Mail is working in coordination with UK Customs Office. When there is to many bin to be inspected then possibly Royal Mail is not scanning any parcel to let the time at UK Customs to do their job in inspecting all the parcel.

3. Can I really give you a date, technically no because I did not follow enough UK mail to make myself an opinion on how much time or when a parcel will be scan. But I suspect that within 2 weeks the parcel has to be scan by Royal Mail, if not, then just contact the seller and tell him you have not receive the parcel.

4. May I also make a suggestion to you. Next time you buy something in China, if ever you want faster service just asp for E Packet parcel. It will cost you a few dollars but it will be faster then the China Post Register mail.

Hope this help.

1. Your parcel should have arrive in your country Tanzania a long time ago. Either your parcel is lost or misplace.

2. This is the tracking of your parcel:
China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System
Parcel No.RS342965928CN tracking result
2016-11-19 22:37:25.0 Electronic Data Received
2016-11-23 06:36:30.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-11-24 05:23:03.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-11-27 19:33:03.0 Beijing Transit Station export security scan
2016-11-28 17:38:08.0 Beijing Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-11-28 22:26:00.0 arrive Beijing Airport
2016-11-28 22:29:16.0 leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport

3. In normal condition parcel to your country can take maximum 13 days. It been 6 weeks since your parcel was mail.

4. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. Please provide to the seller the above tracking so he knows what you are talking about.

Thanks.
