3 items. The first two were shipped on the 17th of November and then the 19th of November were update with "Departed country of origin", the third one is the exact same, but was last updated on the 15th of November. What's up? I ordered them a month and a half before Christmas specifically to avoid the last minute Christmas shoppers traffic/holdups. They were ordered on the 11th and now may not get here for 2 months. The estimated delivery date was Dec 1st-Dec 20th.

Have the been stuck on a plane/ship for a month? At a airport/dock for a month??

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

What if it goes through another country? I'm in the US, so would I get an update from a postal service in the US when it gets here?

No, unfortunately the USPS doesn't have any way to track these. They're treated like ordinary first-class mail items in the USA -- just like a letter or package mailed with stamps.
