Post Stuck in Import Security Scan for 1 month!

I sent some junk tablet back to a seller I bought it from on Aliexpress. I sent it September 1st via USPS Priority International, and it seems to be stuck in import security scan for the last month!!

Anyone knows what I can do? Its very frustrating.

ask seller call china post 11185 or 11183 phone number and pickup the parcel.
