I've tried tracking them in that website but they have no information and it's been over a week!

wait one more week and track again. if still no result, open dispute against fraud.

I have two packages from the same seller, both have the same tracking info on China Post. One has arrived with me in the UK but the other cannot be found by the domestic postal service - Royal Mail. I fear this one is lost. The reference is RL035874786CN. Is there anyway you can check on this parcel? Thanks.

Royal Mail does not record foreign parcel delivery status. you can not know if the parcel has arrived UK or not .

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows the parcel was shipped from Fuzhou on Jun 30. normally you should wait about 2 to 6 weeks to get the goods in UK. So you no need panic at this moment.

Okay, so even though I've received the one package, I shouldn't worry that the other one, sent at the same time, has not arrived in the UK yet? I received the other one two weeks ago (which I agree is very quick) - is it normal for two packages posted at the same time from the same place by the same person to be separated like this after passing through customs in China?

Hello,
A parcel I sent on the 1st July from Australia is yet to be delivered. It cleared customs in China on the the 6th of July.
The tracking no: RQ052415238AU

I would appreciate any assistance in having the parcel delivered as soon as possible or knowing if it is lost.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows it arrived Dongugan on July 9. you should ask receiver go to china post dongguan office and pickup the parcel asap. otherwise it might be returned to Australia.

Hello,

I ordered an item on 24/11/2016 and updates are taking long can any one share more info RS339368593CN on when the parcel will air oversees cause it seems to be still inland.
