LK628980627CN is the tracking number, no movement since Oct.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LK628980627CN shows the parcel was shipped on Oct 28. Now is rush season, many parcels were delayed. I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by end of Nov, then open dispute for refund.
