Post Serious problems with China Post delivery to Bosnia

Hi everyone!
I have noticed that there are major problems with delivery to Bosnia. Can anyone say why is that?
All parcels for countries around Bosnia (Croatia, Serbia) arrive normally, but Bosnia seems to be the only problem.
Here are some tracking numbers, I hope someone can explain what actually happened to these parcels:

They were sent to airplane and then returned? Can I expect them to arrive any time in the future or tey will be lost forever?

RL048310655CN had a problem in customs, but the rest of them are still in transit. I would wait a week after new year and then open a dispute with the seller.

Really, you think so? I'm a bit confused since the parcels are on the same spot for over 20 days. And I don't get it, were they returned, and then sent again, what actually happened over here?

Sometimes during this season, you will see the same scan done twice. I have no explanation for this, I just buy often from China that's why I'm here to help out. Even the one I said had problem in customs, it's not 100%. It may still be on its way to you. The main thing is that during this rush season, it's normal to wait 3-6 weeks from departure until it reaches destination, and that the scans may not be clear or accurate.

I ja cekam dosta posiljki al nista ne dolazi jos od novembra, a narucujem od sellera godinama, uvijek sve uredno. Sto god sam narucila u tom periodu tj od novembra do sad nista mi nije stiglo :( :(

Isto narucujem od momka vec godinama.. Prvi put mi se desava da mi paket putuje od oktobra. Od 5 decembra stoji "sent to airline."

But mike, some of these are from early October.

Seller mi danas napisao da traze iz Bosne neke certifikate koje ljudi nemaju a i skupi su, tako da vise ne salje ih dosta za Bosnu, ne isplati se. Stvarno drzava nam nigdje veze. Da barem toliko vode racuna o drugim stvarima a ne o krpicama od par dollara sto kupimo

The one from October is most definitely not coming. The rest, still a chance..especially if the status is sent to airline or 'PEK'.
