Hi, led since October 18 in which he says In I-Control Customs warehouse, not if this is normal customs. However the page tells me aliexpress Departure from outward office of exchange and who can not believe and do not know if it is normal or should I make some claim, thank you very much in advance and best regards.

if no battery item inside, then just wait one or two more weeks. it should change status then.
