If you are shipper who has shipping receipt, you can file claim to china post and ask for compensation for lost parcel. the procedure is quite lengthy.

And again my question is where is my package!?!?
Thats why tracking is made for but all i can see is that my package is now 68 days in China on the same place....
So are im going to receiv my package some day or no??? ( by tracking status )

RK044000106CN seems stuck in Nanjing and never move. normally this means the parcel was rejected by safety department.
