12 Days have passed but the status of my item have not been changed. I have to require refund or i can do smth else ? It has been stopped in Export Custom Scan - RI122621826CN

actually you should wait one or two more weeks and see if the parcel arrives canada then. If not, then open dispute. status stuck for 2 to 3 weeks is common in this high season.
