Dear all

I have a parcel posted out from Singapore to China (Guangzhou) with tracking number: RC626396639SG

Status shows that it is still at Customs! It has been 3 weeks. Been calling with the number provided from Singapore, but they seem to get me to call other numbers when I get hold of someone in China. Can someone tell me what happened to the parcel? I just want the parcel posted out to the addressee. Thank you very much!

RC626396639SG stuck in Guangzhou Customs. It should have some delivery problem. you'd better ask recipient to call china post 11185.

Thank you for your reply. I really appreciate it a lot.

Do you know any of the email address I can write to to the postal service provider in China? Tried calling up 11185, they are unable to communicate in English.

unfortunately they don't reply email. you have to ask some chinese friend to help you call 11185.

Sad to say they transferred my call from one to another to another. At least 5 times. And couldn't get hold of anybody that could help.

People should steer clear of sending anything to China.

I just wanted to return some goods to China, and now it's "LOST" in the customs itself.
