Good day.

I ordered item from DhGate and didn’t received it because seller sent it to a wrong address.

Could you please help me. Costumer service from DhGate need a proof what item has been returned to seller. So if you can send me some receipt regarding to my order 392685055 ? Tracking number is EA316239896CN

I'm trying to get my refund. But as I understand seller lied to costumer service, he probably said he didn't receive item and he don't want to return my money. But as I can see, item been returned to seller and I need receipt from EMS saying what item been returned to seller.
I hope you can help me with my problem

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=EA316239896CN has no shipping record . This means your seller did not ship you anything. You are very likely to be scammed.

If you just got this number, you need push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not get tracking result in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

if you have get this tracking number for long time, please open dispute to DHGATE against fraud immediately.
