Hi. I've ordered a pair of shoes from aliexpress in October last year. My tracking number: RH062999750CN just says sent to airline...

How can i resolve this? I'm from south africa. I've ordered from aliexpress before and never had any issues. My tracking number's status is the same since th 6th of October 2014... It's been 3months already!!!!

why don't open dispute to aliexpress? I hope it is not too late to take action now.

i didn't open a dispute because i was thinking it was on its way. we had a local post office strike a few months back and i thought it was them holding up my item. looks like i'm going to write off that item. :/
