My china post package status RK391014243CN hasn't been update for 7 days. Is my packet lost ?

No. the parcel is ok. you need some patient to see new status. it might take 2 to 4 weeks especially after parcel left china.

Can someone help me with this order RJ653225109CN.The last event is the departure from Shanghai ,then no more updates...Is it all ok?Thanks

Have been tracking my parcel with trackin no.RI829943158CN which came from China.i dont know where is my parcel.plz help..am not able to track same last it reached Kolkatta :(

http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php shows the parcel is still in Beijing. you might need another 2 weeks to get it in India.

Last time the shipping ststus of previous package was freezed at beijing departure and i got my package in 1 week but this on stucked on nanjing domestic transit. Still no updates.. How do i know the package left china?

http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php will tell you the parcel is in China or India. After the parcel arrives India, the Country column will show as "India" instead of "China".
