Hi there I have been waiting for over 4 weeks now to receive my parcel it has been sitting with "Export Security Scan" for a few weeks now what does this mean? Where can I track down my item? how much longer do I need to wait? Thanks

what is the item inside? the parcel seems to have problem to pass safety check.

They are 4 cushions. There shouldn't be any issues. Any advice on what I can do? I still have sellers details...
