Post Parcel Unable to track.

Hello,

I hope you can help me with my question. My parcel LX561512863CN is 'On Route' to destination country since november 14th. The parcel is 'Unable to track' since that update. I still haven't recieved it. I contacted PostNL (Netherlands) for the parcel but they didn't recieved it either. What could have happened? I placed a new order of the same product and seller with the number LX030053280CN. This one is also 'Unable to track'. Does this affect the shipment?

LX561512863CN is on the way to Europe. Now is busy season, Europe import processing is slow. you need wait one or two more weeks.

LX030053280CN was just shipped, you might get it by Xmas time.
