Post Parcel taking ages

Hi everyone, hope someone can help me.

I sent a package to Wenzhou from UK. It has got in and out of Beijing passed customs in Wenzhou and received in security in Wenzhou. It's been nearly a month. Arrived in Wenzhou on 2nd Feb.

Can I call an office in Wenzhou and ask where the parcel is?

Normally the will not answer phone call. you should go to the original post office and file an investigation.
