Hi, I send a parcel to Focalprice for a RMA. A not working properly phone. The tracking number is RI202902555BG. It sits in Shenzhen since 27th August and shows " Import Security Scan " . I tried to explain to the guy from Focalprice that he has to cal Chinapost and ask what is happened, but without success. I think the parcel is stopped from the custom, am I right? But it came from China, I just returned it for repair. Can you give me an advice how to resolve this problem. What can I do in this case? Focalprice does not care and they are doing nothing, every time I write them I have got the same answer to wait. They even did not find the parcel in China till 22nd September, they tracked it on the site of Bulgarian post.... So, please explain me what exactly means this " Import Security Scan " and if there is a way to know what happens with this parcel.
