Hello, my name is Emanuel from Austria!

I orderd some halloween clothes from aliexpress.

I got the Tracking-Nr:

RL042121092CN

and since 2014-10-09 its stuck in "Export Customs Scan" or "Departure from outward office of exchange".

what can i do! I need this items till 2014-10-30!

Hello Emanuel,

i have the same problem with Beijing Export security scan. There are delays for unknown reason. But somethimes status did not change but you receive the order. my second order was so.

Hallo bei mir dasselbe. Ich habe auch seit 10.10.2014 sachen in Beijing. Letztes mal habe ich auch 15 tagen export custom scan und ohne status änderung habe ich doch am 16 tag bekommen. Muss warten!

But not always means stucks. Somethimes it can be lost. so if you dont receive it till the end of the protection time open dispute.

Na ja muss nicht bedeuten dass es unterwegs ist, vl dauert auch länger und ist noch in beijing und wartet auf airline space. will keine extra hoffnung machen. Aber wenn nicht bis ende deine protection time kommt dann muss dispute öffnen.
