Post parcel stranded Import Customs Scan Guangzhou

Hello,

A couple of weeks ago i send a parcel from the netherlands to china.
The packet is since a week stranded on import customs scan Guangzhou. Who knows what that means and when it will be shipped to :

Hui Cheng Town,
Xin Hui District
Jiang Men City,
Guang Dong Province,
P.R.China
Zip Code: 529100

i'm afraid that my parcel it has been lost?

if parcel is stuck in import customs scan status for long time, normally it means it can not be delivered or receiver refuse to accept the parcel or pay customs duty.

you'd better ask receiver call china post 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.

Hello Chinapostvolunteer,

I e-mailed 3 days ago the receiver.. he sended me this e-mail

We has checked the parcel from our local post office ,they said that the parcel may stop in Guangzhou customs .
So we ask them to contact Guangzhou post office and Guangzhou customs to check it .
Now the parcel is confirmed and in customs office .
We has been provide the document for clearance .
But as China 's Nation Day ,the shipment will be delay and the post office will take a holiday .
Hope to receive your kind understanding .
When we receive the parcel ,we will let you know .

you should ask seller to call china post number 11185 and pickup the parcel. no other solution.
