Hi, I Need Help. I have a order in the same status since July 29th.
Is it normal on China Post? or is it something wrong? O Need to know what hapoend with my order.

My tracking number is AM378595915CN

AM378595915CN arrived Chile on July 29. Normally it should be delivered within 2 weeks. If not , it means your item might be lost. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
