CY285219165DE is in Chengdu customs waiting for customs clearance. Did you write receiver's phone number in the parcel? Is the parcel a return for refund?

Phone number is there. It contains some private stuff, as I move for one year to china.

you are receiver, right? You should have received a passcode by text message from China Post. You can use that code to make customs clearance in China.

If you can't find the code, this will be difficult for you. Please call local 028-85885101 and ask the customs agent to help you make customs clearance.
