my parcel tracking showed “final delivery”, but I haven’t yet received my parcel. How can I know where is it? And what is the ems tracking number of my parcel ( if it has)?

CL122384075NL was delivered in Xi'an by China Post on August 27. if you haven't got the item, you can call the postman cell phone 15625635152 or call the post office number 029-87886802. You can give CL122384075NL as the tracking number, no need to ask for EMS number.

If they can't give you proper answer, you can go to China Post delivery office 西安市经九路揽投部 and contact their manager.
