Hello, I have send phone back to china because it has stopped working and it's now in China. Seller should be in Guangzhou district, Jiang Men city... There is tracking number RR334702995CZ it was delivered to Guangzhou and send it back to Beijing, why??? Do they scanned and send it back to me or what is happening??? Plese tell me ASAP

RR334702995CZ is in Guangzhou not in Beijing. You should ask receiver call 11185 and pickup the parcel.

Ok, why is last status what I can see is parcel post to e-commerce in Beijing??
