Hi, my package has been stuck in Jinan at the import security scan for two months now.
The item No. is CN011855558ZA. Please can somebody give me advise on getting the Package.

the parcel should have delivery problem, either address is wrong or receiver refuse to accept the parcel. You should ask receiver to call china post 11185 and pickup the goods.

Thank you for the reply. I myself am the receiver, i live in Jinan, but cannot speak enough Chinese to phone 11185 to pickup the package. Is there an address where i could go and pick up the package?
