http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY900802151CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to USA on Nov 1. Now is rush season, you might need wait 15 to 30 days to get the parcel. It is delayed than average but still in normal time frame.

If you can not get the parcel by Dec 1st, you need contact shipper to file investigation with China Post. Or if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you can open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
