Dear China Post Volunteer,

My package RC627867215SG has not been delivered yet. It's been over a month now. Could you please help. It is being sent to a paid address in Guangzhou so I am not able to get the recipient to pick it up himself from post office.

RC627867215SG should have some delivery problem. you should ask receiver to call china post 11185 and try to pickup the parcel if it has not been returned.

Is it possible that there is a very big delay and my parcel will eventually be delivered in the end?
