if you just got the number, wait one week and track again. if over one week and it till shows no record, you need open dispute against fraud.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result "electronics data received" , this means your seller applied a tracking number from china post but never shipped the parcel. you might be scammed. If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud.

Hi there. I ordered a Halloween costume from a site and it says it was being shipped from China. Ordered last week because the site said 5-7 works days delivery, guaranteed. tried tracking the package but it says no shipping record. Is there an additional way to check on it?? Or can you tell me if it's a fake number? LS034843924CN Thanks in advance!

no shipping record means your seller has not shipped anything yet. You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not track the parcel in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud shipment.
