Post Need help tracking my package

Ok I did an order online from a company I hadn't used before. I have ordered items from China before with no issues and got tracking info and items quick and On time. On 12.7.17 I received an email with my tracking number duplicated for some reason. I waited 24 hrs before going in to track. When I entered tracking info it showed (no tracking details). I have went back and forth with the company's customer service saying my order has been shipped and it should be here in 15 - 20 days. I have checked the tracking site and as of today still no tracking info. Can you please investigate and tell me what is going on.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows no record. your seller has not shipped the goods yet. Which website did you purchased from? did you pay with paypal?
