I'm writing to ask for your help regarding an international package with the tracking number EZ809468234CN. I bought this item on PDD, but the tracking status hasn't been updated since May 27th.

I've already reached out to both the seller and China Post multiple times. Each time, they've simply said they would "look into the matter," and I haven't received any concrete information or updates from them.

Could you please clarify whether the package is lost, if there are any issues with the paperwork or procedures, or if it is still in transit and the tracking status simply isn't being updated? Since I haven't been able to get a clear answer from other channels, I would greatly appreciate any information you can provide.
